In vivo	Following a single dose (AZD3229, 20 mg/kg), high free cover over the target is achieved and is associated with complete suppression of pKIT and downstream markers out to 8 hours. As the compound is cleared and cover declines, these signals recover although recovery is not complete even at 24 hours.
