In vitro
In MDCK cells, Antiviral agent 34 (0-470 nM; 24 hours) exhibited low toxicity to MDCK cells[1].
In vivo
In BALB/c mice, Antiviral agent 34 (1 g/kg/d, administered orally for 14 days) was well tolerated at a dose of 1 g/kg with low acute toxicity. It provided approximately 50% protection in mice infected with a lethal dose of H1N1[1].
