In vitro | In human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, ISX-1 (0-33 μM) inhibits the mRNA induction of PPARγ and FABP4 genes under the adipogenic differentiation of hBMSCs and promotes TCF/LEF-mediated gene transcription. ISX-1 inhibits the accumulation of intracellular lipid droplets(IC50 = 1.9 μM) and stimulated ALP activity(EC50 = 1.2 μM) in a dose-dependent manner[1]. |
