Targets&IC50 TRPV4 (human):8 ± 6 nM, TRPV4 (rat):133 ± 25 nM, TRPV4 (mouse):17 ± 3 nM
In vivo HC-067047 caused a significant reduction of the maximal micturition pressure in rats, which might be caused by an effect on TRPV4 in smooth muscle.
