In vivo | In mice, AMPK activity in liver can be activated by inhibiting aldolase activity. In obese mice fed with high-fat diet, 3-(2,6-dichlorobenzyl)-1-hexadecyl-2-methyl-1H-imidazol-3-ium iodide (oral administration, 1 mg/kg, once a day for two weeks) can effectively inhibit the activity of aldolase and activate the activity of AMPK in the liver of mice. |
