| In vitro | α-Zearalenol (0.001-10 μM; 24-72 hours) shows the highest RPE (90.5%) at 9.37 μM α-ZOL exposure in MFC-7 cells (IC50: 12.5 μM) [1].α-Zearalenol (0.001-10 μM; 24-72 hours) induces an increase of cell viability on MCF-7 cells mainly after 72 h of treatment whereas it is slightly cytotoxic on MDA-MB231 cells. It increases the MCF7 cell population in the S phase and in the G2/M phase, no visible change in cell cycle phases is observed in MDA-MB231 cells. α-Zearalenol (1-10 μM; 24 hours) reduces the expression of TNF-α, α-Zearalenol combines with β-ZOL shows an antagonistic effect on inflammation for IL-1β and act synergically for IL-8 at high toxin concentrations [2]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
