Description	Toltrazuril (Toltrazurilo), an antiprotozoal agent, has effect on Coccidia parasites.
In vivo	Toltrazuril reduced parasite respiratory chain enzyme content.Toltrazuril caused abnormalities in the peripheral nuclear space and swelling of the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus, which interfered with nuclear division, thereby altering the developmental formation of coccidian microstructures.
