In vitro | Steroid sulfatase/17β-HSD1-IN-4 (compound 37), at concentrations ranging from 0 to 1100 nM over 24 hours, demonstrates potent inhibition of human steroid sulfatase (hSTS) activity, achieving an IC50 value of 63 nM, and exhibits irreversible inhibition with an IC50 value of 60 nM in T47D human breast cancer cells [1]. Furthermore, at a 20 μM concentration for 48 hours, compound 37 reduces the growth of HEK-293 cells by 15.1% while exhibiting low cytotoxicity [1]. |
