In vivo
METHODS: SP-13786 (UAMC-1110) (20 mg/kg, orally, twice a day) was used to treat Panc02-SIY cell tumor xenograft mice, and its effect on tumors in the mice was observed.
RESULTS Tumor-infiltrating macrophages were reduced during UAMC-1110 administration, and UAMC-1110 significantly increased tumor-infiltrating CD8 T cells, including effector subsets. [2]
