In vitro	RWJ 63556 is a potent leukocyte influx inhibitor over a period of 24 hr and maintains its in vitro profile on eicosanoids[1].
In vivo	RWJ 63556 (1 mg/kg, i.v.) significantly inhibits the development of SP-induced oedema[2].
