Description
PF07104091 inhibits CDK2, which may lead to cell cycle arrest, induce apoptosis and inhibit tumor cell proliferation.[1]
In vitro
PF-07104091 hydrate (Example 13) inhibits CDK1/cyclin A2, CDK4/cyclin D1, CDK6/cyclin D3 and CDK9, with Kis of 110, 238, 465 and 117 nM.[1]
METHODS: We explored whether CDK2 activity could be completely abolished by pharmacological treatment with supraphysiological doses of PF3600 (10 μM) or PF4091 (20 μM).
RESULTS We observed an immediate collapse of the DHB reporter signal below the mitotic nadir, without a hump. [2]
