In vitro	PARP-2-IN-3 (Compound 12) proved to be the most active PARP-2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 0.07 µM, respectively.PARP-2-IN-3 induced cell cycle arrest at G2/M and G1/S phases in a mutant MCF-7 cell line, and possessed significant apoptosis-inducing activity[1].
