In vivo	0.04% Netarsudil mesylate reduces intraocular pressure (IOP) in normotensive monkey eyes . [1] 0.04% Netarsudil mesylate produces a statistically significant lowering of episcleral venous pressure (EVP) in Dutch Belted rabbits . [2]
