| In vitro | Kaempferol 3-O-(6″- galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (compounds 3; KGG) (12、25、50 μM) inhibited the expression of NLRP3 protein in RAW 264.7 cells. Treatment with the isolated compounds 3 significantly inhibited IL-1β protein expression in RAW 264.7 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.[2] Kaempferol 3-O-(6″- galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (compounds 1) showed most potent inhibition at the IC50 value of 0.46 mM. The enzyme steady-state kinetic study revealed that 1 exerted competitiv inhibition with respect to ATP.[3] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
