| In vitro | Guaiol (150 μM, 24 hours) exhibited inhibitory activity against non-small cell lung cancer cell lines A549 and H1299 [1]. In BALB/c mice with thioglycolate-stimulated parasite-infected macrophages, Guaiol (0.1-50 μg/ml, 24 hours) suppressed intracellular parasite growth [5]. |
