Description
Dolastatin 10 (DLS 10) is a potent peptide with antimitotic properties, effectively inhibiting tubulin polymerization.
In vitro
Dolastatin 10, a unique pentapeptide isolated from the sea hare Dolabella auricularia, has GI50 values of 10⁻⁵-10⁻⁶ μg/mL (10⁻²-10⁻³ nM) against a similar minipanel of human cell lines, comparable to Auristatin PE. The antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) consists of the anti-CD30 monoclonal antibody cAC10 conjugated to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a synthetic analog of the tubulin polymerization inhibitor Dolastatin 10.

Stock Solution Preparation:

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
