CP-316311 (3.2 mg/kg) demonstrates oral efficacy in central nervous system (CNS) models in vivo, blocking the effects of exogenous and endogenous CRF in rodent CNS models[1].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
