Description
Chromeceptin is an inhibitor of the IGF signaling pathway, decreases the numbers of tumorsphere, and inhibits the AKT/mTOR pathway.
In vitro
In Hep3B-derived TS cells, Chromeceptin (5 µM) inhibits IGF2 expression in a time-dependent manner. Chromeceptin suppresses IGF-2 expression at mRNA and protein levels in HCC cells[1].
