Targets&IC50	SARS-CoV-2 (primary CPE assay):0.49 µM (EC50), SARS-CoV-2 (secondary VYR assay):0.78 µM (EC50)
In vitro	Four compounds boceprevir, calpain inhibitors II, Calpain Inhibitor XII, and GC-376 were chosen for the antiviral assay with infectious SARS-CoV-2. The most potent compound was Calpain Inhibitor XII, which showed an EC50 = 0.49 µM in the primary CPE assay and an EC50 = 0.78 µM in the secondary VYR assay. [1]
