| In vivo | AZ 12216052 (10 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; single dose, 2 hours before testing) reduced elevated anxiety levels in ApoE−/− and C57BL/6J mice in the zero maze without affecting their speed, and also decreased the acoustic startle response[3]. |
