| In vitro | AM-5308 and AM-1882 have a favorable in vitro profile against a panel of normal cell types, which is distinct from myelosuppressive and neurotoxic anti-mitotic agents. Nevertheless, higher micromolar concentrations of AM-5308 and AM-1882 may adversely affect normal cells. [1] |
| In vivo | Mice with established tumors were administered vehicle, AM-1882 at 50 or 100 mg per kg or AM-5308 at 25 or 50 mg/kg daily for 18 d. AM-1882 and AM-5308 inhibited tumor growth with evidence of tumor regression. [1] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
