| In vitro | Alisol F shows anti-inflammatory activities and liver protection through the inhibition of MAPK, STAT3, and NF-κB activation in vitro and in vivo, it suppresses iNOS induction [1]. Alisol F exhibits inhibitory activity in vitro on the hepatitis B virus (HBV) surface antigen (HBsAg) secretion of the Hep G2.2.15 cell line with the IC50 value of 0.6 μM, and on HBV e antigen (HBeAg) secretion (IC50: 8.5 μM) [2]. |

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
