| Description | Sibiriquinone A is a diterpene which can be extracted from Veronicastrum sibiricum. Sibiriquinone A exerts immunosuppressive activity and can be used for relevant research. Sibiriquinone A is therefore applied in immunological signaling research systems to study diterpene-mediated immune modulation, cytokine response regulation, and immune suppression-associated pathway analysis in cellular models. |
| In vitro | Methods:Lymphocytes were treated with Sibiriquinone A at 5–80 μM for 72 h to investigate its influence on lymphocyte transformation. Results:Sibiriquinone A inhibited lymphocyte transformation in a dose-dependent manner [1]. |
