Description
Omadacycline (Amadacycline), a new tetracycline antibiotic, can inhibit the 30s subunit of bacterial ribosome.
In vitro
Omadacycline had inhibitory against isolates of M. abscessus, M. chelonae, and M. fortuitum (MIC90 of 2 μg/ml, 0.25 μg/ml, and 0.5 μg/ml, respectively).
