LY2452473 (OPK 88004) is an orally available and selective androgen receptor modulator with potential anticancer activity for the study of prostate cancer.
In vivo
METHODS: The disposition and metabolism of LY2452473 in humans was characterized following a single oral dose of 15 mg (100 μCi) of [¹⁴C]LY2452473 in six healthy male subjects.
RESULTS: LY2452473 was rapidly absorbed (time to maximum plasma concentrations of LY2452473 and total radioactivity was 2-3 hours) and slowly eliminated (plasma terminal half-life of 27 hours, duration of LY2452473 and total radioactivity of 51 hours). [1]
