| In vivo | METHODS: Lobetyolinin (50 μM, 24 hours) was used to treat zebrafish larvae with 15 μM terfenadine for 2 hours, and the heartbeat was recorded under fluorescence. RESULTS:As a result, the heart rate of zebrafish larvae recovered to varying degrees, and Lobetyolinin showed better activity. [1] METHODS: After 1 hour of treatment with 25 μM terfenadine, the heart rate decreased and irregular rhythm appeared. After 6 hours of pretreatment with Lobetyolinin, the electrocardiogram of adult zebrafish treated with it was measured. RESULTS:Lobetyolinin restored the heart rate of adult zebrafish, indicating that it has anti-arrhythmic effects. [1] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
