Description
Lobetyolinin is a compound from Codonopsis pilosula with acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory and antiarrhythmic activities.
In vivo
METHODS: Lobetyolinin (50 μM, 24 hours) was used to treat zebrafish larvae with 15 μM terfenadine for 2 hours, and the heartbeat was recorded under fluorescence.
RESULTS:As a result, the heart rate of zebrafish larvae recovered to varying degrees, and Lobetyolinin showed better activity. [1]
METHODS: After 1 hour of treatment with 25 μM terfenadine, the heart rate decreased and irregular rhythm appeared. After 6 hours of pretreatment with Lobetyolinin, the electrocardiogram of adult zebrafish treated with it was measured.
RESULTS:Lobetyolinin restored the heart rate of adult zebrafish, indicating that it has anti-arrhythmic effects. [1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
