In vitro	hSMG-1 inhibitor 11e exhibits an IC50 of 900-fold selectivity over mTOR (IC50 = 45 nM), PI3Kα/γ (IC50 = 61 nM), PI3Kγ (IC50 = 92 nM), CDK1(IC50 = 32 μM) and CDK2 (IC50 = 7.1 μM)[1].
