| In vitro | In MCF-7 cells, ErSO (1-1000 nM) inhibits cell viability with an IC50 of 20.3 nM. ErSO (1 μM) rapidly kills ERα-positive breast cancer cells in TYS and TDG cells and induces rapid killing of ERα-positive MCF-7 human breast cancer cells[1]. |
| In vivo | ErSO (10 and 40 mg/kg; p.o.) induces >100000-fold regression (to undetectable amounts) within 14 days and >10000-fold regression of TYS-luciferase-expressing breast tumors in all five mice. In Nu/J mice, ErSO (10 or 40 mg/kg; p.o.) eliminates tumors with >90% reduction in all cases[1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
