| In vitro | The proliferation and cell viability of all cell lines were inhibited by treatment with 5?μM BIA.The IC50 values at 3 days were 1.7?±?0.1?μM for HT1080, 2.6?±?0.4?μM for MCF cells, 2.6?±?0.5?μM for MDA-MB-231 cells, and 2.4?±?0.4?μM for SKBR3 cells. Moreover, HT1080 cells stably overexpressing TMBIM6 showed high sensitivity to BIA[1].BIA decreases the binding between TMBIM6 and mTORC2, we performed a gel filtration assay in TMBIM6-overexpressing HT1080 cells after treatment with BIA during 24?h[1]. |
