In vitro
AMG-009 inhibits PGD2-induced down-modulation of CRTH2 on CD16 negative eosinophils in human whole blood with a Ki of 1 nM[1].
In vivo
AMG 009 (3, 10, or 30 mg/kg, s.c.) dose-dependently decreases PGD2 aerosol-induced airway resistance and significantly enhances DP potency (Kb of 82 nM) in an acute guinea pig model[1][2].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
