In vitro	In a GTP-gSbindingassay, activation of hS1P1 receptors by physiological agonist S1P alone or in the presence of 10 μM [(3S)-3-amino-4-(3-hexylanilino)-4-oxobutyl]phosphonic acid;hydrobromide, the EC50 value was 0.8 nM or 50nM, respectively.
