In vitro
MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured in the presence of VU 0364739 hydrochloride (1, 5, and 10 μM) for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours, followed by determination of cell viability using the WST-1 cell proliferation reagent. The results indicate that VU 0364739 hydrochloride significantly reduces proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner[1].
