| In vitro | MDA-MB-231 cells were cultured in the presence of VU 0364739 hydrochloride (1, 5, and 10 μM) for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours, followed by determination of cell viability using the WST-1 cell proliferation reagent. The results indicate that VU 0364739 hydrochloride significantly reduces proliferation of MDA-MB-231 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner[1]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO

and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
