SB 218795 (3-30 nM) competitively antagonizes senktide-induced contractile responses in a concentration-dependent manner [1].
In vivo
In rabbits, SB 218795 (0.25-1 mg/kg; i.v.) inhibits NK3 receptor-mediated pupillary constriction by maximum inhibition of 78%[1].
