In vitro
P11 acetate showed a strong antagonism against avb3-GRGDSP interaction(IC50 = 25.72 nM)[1]. P11 acetate inhibited the HUVEC proliferation due to the induction of HUVEC cell death through caspases activations and its mechanism is related with increased p53 expression[2].P11 acetate significantly inhibited bFGF-induced cell migration compared to the PBS control group[3].

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
