| In vivo | NS2710 was administered orally to mice 15 minutes prior to testing at doses of 1.0, 3.0, and 10.0 mg/kg. NS2710 at doses of 3.0 and 10.0 mg/kg increased response rates, independent of baseline response rates and whether responses were penalized. When differentiating between baseline rates, the effect of composition was highly significant [F(1,7) = 38.9, P < 0.001], and the interaction between composition and treatment was not significant, but the main effect of treatment was significant [F(3,21) = 5.0, P < 0.01]. In both cases, post hoc tests showed that NS2710 at doses of 3.0 and 10.0 mg/kg increased response rates regardless of whether response was penalized or unpunished [2]. |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
