L 756423 (L756423) is a novel potent and selective and competitive HIV protease inhibitor with a Ki value of 0.049 nM for HIV-1 PR.L 756423 blocks the spread of HIV(IIIb)-infected MT25 lymphocytes at 0.50-0.1 nM and can be used for the study of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
In vitro
MK-944a (L-756,423) is selective and competitively inhibits HIV-1 PR with a K(i) value of 0.049 nM. It stops the spread of the HIV(IIIb)-infected MT4 lymphoid cells at 25.0-50.0 nM, even in the presence of alpha(1) acid glycoprotein, human serum albumin, normal human serum, or fetal bovine serum.[1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
