Description
K34C is a selective inhibitor of Integrin α5β1, which inhibits cell survival and migration, promotes apoptosis in U87MG cells, inhibits TGFβ-induced invasion, and reduces cell adhesion to fibronectin.
In vitro
Methods:
To evaluate the effect of K34C on apoptosis in U87MG glioblastoma cells, cells were treated with 20 μM K34C in combination with 1 μM Ellipticine for 24 or 48 hours. Apoptosis was assessed by measuring the sub-G1 cell population.
Results:
K34C combined with Ellipticine significantly induced apoptosis in U87MG cells, as evidenced by a marked increase in the sub-G1 population, suggesting that K34C enhances Ellipticine-induced apoptotic effects [1].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
