Description | DK7575 is a fluorescent dye, a candidate for biological imaging applications, with an appreciable two-photon absorption cross section and strong red light emission. |
Cell Research | Instructions I. Solution preparation: 1. Stock solution: Dissolve DK7575 in an appropriate organic solvent (such as DMSO) to prepare a high concentration stock solution (such as 1 mM). 2. Working solution: Dilute the stock solution to the required working concentration using a physiological buffer (such as PBS). II. Operation steps 1. Cell staining: 1) Cell preparation: Culture cells and wash with serum-free medium or PBS to remove residual substances that may interfere with staining. 2) Staining: Add DK7575 working solution (1-10uM) to the cell culture medium and mix gently. 3) Incubation: Incubate at an appropriate temperature (such as 37°C) for a certain time (such as 30 minutes) to ensure adequate staining. 4) Washing: Wash cells several times with PBS to remove unbound dye. 2. Tissue staining: 1) Tissue preparation: Fix and permeabilize tissue sections to improve dye permeability. 2) Staining: Cover the tissue sections with DK7575 working solution and incubate for an appropriate time. 3) Washing: Wash the sections with PBS to remove excess dye. 3. Imaging: Excitation wavelength: Use an excitation wavelength suitable for DK7575 (e.g. 700-800 nm) for two-photon excitation. Detection wavelength: Collect red fluorescence emission signals (e.g. 600-650 nm). |
