In vitro	DG051 is a potent LTA4H aminopeptidase inhibitor against L-alanine p-nitroanilide (IC50: 72 nM) and suppresses human whole blood (HWB) with an IC50 of 37 nM [1]. DG051 is currently in Phase II clinical development for preventing heart attacks as an LTA4H inhibitor [2].
