Description	Deacetyl ganoderic acid F (DeGA F), a triterpenoid extracted from Ganoderma lucidum, inhibits lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in vitro and in vivo.
In vitro	On murine microglial cell line BV-2 cells,Deacetyl ganoderic acid F treatment inhibited LPS-triggered NO production and iNOS expression and affected the secretion and mRNA levels of relative inflammatory cytokines[1].
