Description	Cinnamyl cinnamate (Phenylallyl cinnamate) is a natural product that is present in dipterocarpus and poplar. Cinnamyl cinnamate is the fragrance that can be extracted from Suhe balsam and white Peru balsam.
In vitro	A toxicologic and dermatologic review of Cinnamyl cinnamate when used as a fragrance ingredient is presented. Ten rabbits received a single dermal application of neat Cinnamyl cinnamate (applied for 24 h under occlusion; Observationsv 14 days). The acute dermal LD50 in rabbits exceeded 5.0 g/kg. No effects were observed (RIFM, 1974a).[1]
