Description CHK1-IN-4 hydrochloride is a potent inhibitor of checkpoint kinase 1 (chk1). CHK1-IN-4 hydrochloride potently inhibits chk1 phosphorylation in the tumor cells. CHK1-IN-4 hydrochloride has anti-tumor activity.
In vivo CHK1-IN-4 hydrochloride (40 mg/kg, IV, twice a week) could enhance anti-tumor growth activity of CPT1 in the tumor model[1].
