Description	bpV(phen) is a potent protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) and PTEN inhibitor (IC50s: 343 nM, 920 nM, and 38 nM for PTP-β, PTP-1B, and PTEN).

In vitro	bpV(phen) (5 μM; 24.5 hours; H9c2 cells) treatment further decreases cell viability and increases apoptosis in H/R-injured H9c2 cells, significantly promotes cytoplasmic Cytochrome C accumulation, and inhibits PTEN-induced putative kinase protein 1 (PINK1)/Parkin-mediated mitophagy in H/R-injured H9c2 cells [1].
In vivo	The treatment with bpV(phen) (5 mg/kg; i.p.; daily; for 38 days; male BALB/c nude (nu/nu) athymic mice) results in a significant reduction in average tumor volume [1].

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO TargetMol | reagent to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO TargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300 and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH₂O TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
