Description	8-Epiloganin (8-epi-Loganin) is a compound isolated from Pedicularis lasiophrys with anti-inflammatory activity. It inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by LPS.
In vitro	8-Epiloganin(25-200 μM,12h) inhibited the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in RAW264.7 macrophages induced by LPS, thereby inhibiting the production of COX-2-derived PGE2 and iNOS derived NO. [1]
In vivo	8-Epiloganin showed anti-fatigue activity in mice. [2]
