MAO-A:9.10 ± 0.038 μM, MAO-B:0.066 ± 0.0025 μM, AChE:1.25 ± 0.42 μM
In vitro
4-Chlorochalcone strongly inhibits MAO-A (IC₅₀ = 9.10 ± 0.038 μM) and MAO-B (IC₅₀ = 0.066 ± 0.0025 μM) in vitro, with slight MAO-B selectivity. 4-Chlorochalcone weakly inhibits AChE (IC₅₀ = 1.25 ± 0.42μM)[1].
