| In vitro | Methods: Rat renal tubular epithelial NRK52e cells were divided into a control group, an LPS model group (1 μg/mL), and a 25S-Inokosterone group (10 μM + LPS). The cells were treated for 24 hours, and cell viability was assessed using the CCK-8 assay, while apoptosis rates were measured by flow cytometry. Results: 25S-Inokosterone significantly reversed the LPS-induced decrease in cell viability and significantly reduced LPS-induced apoptosis. [1] Methods: RBL-2H3 cells were pretreated with 200 μg/mL 25S-Inokosterone for 1 h, then stimulated with PMA (1 μg/mL) + A23187 (1 μM) for 24 h; TNF-α levels in the supernatant were measured by ELISA. Results: 25S-Inokosterone significantly inhibited TNF-α secretion, with an inhibition rate of approximately 80%. [2] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
