Description
UCM-05194 is a selective LPA1 receptor agonist that can improve neuropathic pain and can be used in the study of progressive system diseases.
In vitro
METHODS: B103 neuroblastoma cells overexpressing LPA1 receptors were seeded (2.5·105 cells) into the upper chamber of a transwell and vehicle (0.1% fatty acid-free bovine serum albumin), LPA 1 μM, or UCM-05194 were added to the lower chamber. After allowing cells to migrate for 5 h, migrated cells were stained with 0.1% crystal violet solution and counted.
RESULTS: UCM-05194 induced neurite retraction and UCM-05194 induced cell migration in B103 cells overexpressing LPA1 in the transwell chamber assay. [1]

Preparation of the In Vivo Formulation:

1) Add 100 μL of the DMSOTargetMol | reagent stock solution to 400 μL PEG300TargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.

2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
