| In vitro | METHODS: B103 neuroblastoma cells overexpressing LPA1 receptors were seeded (2.5·105 cells) into the upper chamber of a transwell and vehicle (0.1% fatty acid-free bovine serum albumin), LPA 1 μM, or UCM-05194 were added to the lower chamber. After allowing cells to migrate for 5 h, migrated cells were stained with 0.1% crystal violet solution and counted. RESULTS: UCM-05194 induced neurite retraction and UCM-05194 induced cell migration in B103 cells overexpressing LPA1 in the transwell chamber assay. [1] |

Dissolve 2 mg of the compound in 100 μL DMSO
to obtain a stock solution at a concentration of 20 mg/mL . If the required concentration exceeds the compound's known solubility, please contact us for technical support before proceeding.
1) Add 100 μL of the DMSO
stock solution to 400 μL PEG300
and mix thoroughly until the solution becomes clear.
2) Add 50 μL Tween 80 and mix well until fully clarified.
3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2O
and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
