Description

In vivo
Timolol can significantly improve the elevated level of cardiac lipid peroxidation in diabetic rats, balance the ratio between oxidative stress and the antioxidant defense system in the body, and exert an important myocardial protective effect against endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) induced by diabetes and the related apoptotic response [3].

3) Add 450 μL Saline,PBS or ddH2OTargetMol | reagent and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous solution is obtained.
