Description	Thalidomide-O-amido-C6-NH2 (Cereblon Ligand-Linker Conjugates 11) is a Thalidomide-based synthetic E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate, consisting of a cereblon ligand and a linker, used in the production of PROTACs (proteolysis-targeting chimeras).
In vitro	PROTACs are molecules consisting of two ligands connected by a linker: one ligand targets an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other targets the protein of interest, thereby leveraging the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins [1].
