Description	Rhodblock 6 is a Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor that specifically inhibits Rho kinase activity and the localization of phosphorylated MRLC (Myosin Regulatory Light Chain).
In vitro	Rhodblock 6 (1-30 μM) strongly inhibits ROCK activity in a dose-dependent manner and, at 100 μM for 20 hours, can cause the rupture of stress fibers in human HeLa cells.[1]
